If the fuel system has been fully and correctly qualified as being in order, then something to consider, the voltage required to fire a rich mixture is less than a lean one. us an inline spark checking tool and see if the spark dies out when the voltage requirement gos up, opening the throttle and makeing the moxture leaner.
